ROFUS is a market-wide self-exclusion system. ROFUS allows a person to choose a 24-hour break, exclusion for 1, 3 or 6 months, or permanent exclusion. It covers licensed online gambling, physical casinos and qualifying retail betting.
Licensed operators must check a player’s ROFUS status during account and login processes. An offshore illegal site is not connected to that protection.
The regulator’s label is mandatory
