The Curaçao Gaming Authority is the statutory gambling regulator for Curaçao. A Curaçao licence identifies authorisation under Curaçao law; it does not automatically permit an operator to offer gambling in every country from which a website can be reached. Local market-access rules remain separate. For casino verification, the legal entity, licence status, approved activity and domain relationship are more useful than a generic Curaçao badge, particularly while older arrangements continue to appear in archived operator material.
