Google Pay lets a customer select an eligible saved payment method during online checkout instead of manually re-entering card details. For web integrations, Google documents a payment token that is returned to the merchant or configured payment gateway after the customer selects a supported card. The underlying issuer and card network still make the financial authorisation; Google Pay is the wallet and credential-presentation layer rather than a separate casino balance.
A casino can therefore accept a Google Pay deposit while still having different rules for card eligibility, geography, authentication and withdrawals. A payout to Google Pay should never be assumed from the presence of the deposit button, because the casino and processor must support an eligible return route to the underlying payment method.
