SG Digital is a legacy name from Scientific Games’ online-gaming operation. The business sat inside the former Scientific Games Corporation and combined digital casino content, platforms and aggregation. After the group’s 2022 transformation, those gaming and iGaming activities continued under Light & Wonder, so SG Digital is best understood as historical branding within the lineage of the current Light & Wonder digital business.
That history matters when SG Digital appears in an older casino lobby or game record. A title can retain an SG Digital credit even though the corporate group now presents its online casino portfolio through Light & Wonder. Light & Wonder’s current gaming operation spans land-based and online content, systems and distribution, while its digital gateway aggregates a large catalogue from internal and external studios. The provider name does not define one universal set of game mathematics. Older SG Digital releases can have different RTP configurations, volatility, feature rules and maximum wins, and current Light & Wonder distribution can vary by operator and market. The useful provider-level fact is the continuity from SG Digital into Light & Wonder rather than treating the old name as a separate new company.
Cabaret World, Stars Collections and achievements give Winota a rare gamified identity, backed by a current MGA licence and a broad casino lobby.
